There isn't a week that goes by that I don't have a few black bananas hanging around my kitchen. I have been on the hunt for a nice muffin recipe for some time and this morning I came across one. I picked it up at The bird bath. So I quickly wrote down the recipe, shot off to the kitchen and in 10 minutes flat these beauties were in the oven. They didn't come out looking quite like the ones in bird bath's picture but I think they might have tasted just as good. I recommend to give this recipe a go and if anybody has any other recipes for their favourite muffins I would be grateful for the info.

Black bananas........
There isn't a week that goes by that I don't have a few black bananas hanging around my kitchen. I have been on the hunt for a nice muffin recipe for some time and this morning I came across one. I love making muffins. Quick, easy and delicious. When I get around to making them and photographing this week I will have orange and choc chip muffins on my blog - my recent muffin poll winner. I also have lots of black bananas around the place and have a yummy wholemeal banana and sultana recipe. There is also an apple and sultana recipe on my blog from last month. I could go on ... I love cooking muffins.
I had black bananas today too, so I made a banana cake.... but it ended up as flat as a pancake. Still tastes yummy though!
