A few weeks back I was lucky enough to be the winner of one of Retromummy's giveaway's of there are many. I never did get to write my post and thank her very much. So here it is 'Thank you very much Retromummy'. I won some Heather Ross-Far Far Away fabrics. There was a bit of a problem with the postal services involved. It took more than 2 weeks to get from Sydney to Noumea which is a 2 1/2 hour plane flight. I am constantly bamboozled by the New Caledonia OPT. I know we work on Pacific time here but that was ridiculous.
Anyway it is here in my hot little hands and I need to make something from it. It is a wonderfully soft fabric so I think I will firstly make a skirt for Juliette and then see what other inspiration comes my way.
