Nothin' but blue skies......

We are on the last day of a 4 day weekend here and it has been a nice one. We haven't done alot but entertain some friends, be entertained by friends and play the odd game of Junior monopoly. Our seasons are changing here and we can feel autumn in the air. In the South Pacific the changes are only slight, the temperatures move only by a degree or two but the rains seemed to have stopped and every morning we wake up to a magnificent blue sky. I really love it, it's bright and makes for happy people. This brings me to another point that I sometimes find it difficult to have things to write about on the blog because life here takes a very leisurely form and some days we don't do anything more than go to the beach or hang around home with each other just doing stuff. So I am going to take on the challenge of 'A post a day in May' which I found over here. I might make it a bit of a themed challenge and get out and show you all bit more of Noumea.

You live in Noumea?? How cool. I do imagine it would be frustrating looking for craft supplies...I had a hard enough time just in Hawaii! (I once started up a conversation in a Salvation Army over here, with some guy who had a friend living in Vanuatu, who was DESPERATE for crafting supplies, so he was combing the shelves, looking for cool craft books, and stuff, to send her a care package, lol.)
