Yate- Gite IYASo I wanted to post about my Friday on Friday because it ended up being such a nice one. You know the one that starts off crazy but ends up nice and relaxing and usually something odd happening. That was the kind I had to tell you all about but as usual a whole lot of other things seem to get in the way of me and the computer. Firstly the arrival of yet more people. My husband offered up our place as accommodation for some work colleagues. So you know how it goes. Cooking, cleaning, entertaining and the entertaining this weekend was camping. We headed off to a favoured little spot. It's a wee little beach on the east coast of New Caledonia. It is secluded and full of rockpools for the kids enjoyment. After me complaining about having to go it ended up being a lovely,relaxing weekend. So all in all I had a lovely Friday, a scenic Saturday and a not to busy Sunday. A well balanced weekend!

I love those weekends too. You think you won't have a good time or you are really reluctant about something and it ends up being really nice.
